Blue River Whitewater Rafting
Looking for an unforgettable whitewater rafting adventure? Experience Blue River rafting in Colorado with The Adventure Company, offering scenic views, crystal-clear waters, and thrilling rapids near Breckenridge.
The Blue River begins on a high mountain pass on the western side of the Continental Divide, not far from Quandary Peak in Summit County. It flows past Breckenridge and Dillion for 65 miles, until it reaches the Colorado River near Kremmling, Colorado. Guests rafting on the Blue River experience tree lined riverbanks, beautiful mountain views, and crystal clear water.
Please note that the only commercially available section of the Blue River is Boulder Canyon, which lasts 45 to 55 minutes on the water. This intermediate trip is available for anyone over the age of 6. However, the Blue River has a very short and inconsistent season typically lasting 1-3 weeks in June.
