Founded in Breckenridge in 1987, The Adventure Company’s story began with passionate outdoorsmen and women who wanted to offer unforgettable whitewater rafting trips in Central Colorado. But they wanted to do things a little differently… with the goal of premium features and an emphasis on safety, this created a medium-sized whitewater rafting outfitter with some of the highest standards around.

Owners Mark and Sarah Hammer are proud to continue the tradition of offering the best raft trips in Central Colorado. Mark’s 37 years of professional guiding has allowed him to develop trips that benefit our customers to the highest degree. Therefore, our guests enjoy the professionalism of a well-run river rafting company, and a super staff.
